We have a VW and an American car and they are excellent with both. If you’ve got a VW, skip the dealer and try Schearer’s they are *much* better. Let me add this as of 12/2013: Tom, Ralph, and Mike continue to impress us with their knowledge, skill, friendliness, and fair pricing. When we first found them, they were on the route to our places of work. Since retiring we do not consider it an inconvenience to travel about 20 miles one way to have them service our vehicles. The sense of trust and confidence that I have in their work cannot be overstated.
