He apologized for the inconvenience, said he would come and get the car and make it right. Well, I dropped it off and they got on it right away,,,and SO FAR, its right. I only drove it a short while but seems to be working.. They did go out of their way to correct the problem and spent the time to listen to my complaint. Better yet, they DID SOMETHING about the complaint. That is rare in todays world. They were sincerely sorry about what happened as they say that is not the way they work,,, and they proved it.. Now all I have to do is get my chimney guy to admit he put in the wrong liner for my fireplace.. The inspector found it..
