Even though I decided to replace my engine myself their input and diagnostics were helpful in confirming my problem. They were not just professional but also hometown friendly.

It is difficult to find good, trustworthy service providers for most everything. Believe me, I have been through it all. Lots of bad experiences. Shearer’s is the best for your automotive needs! Great customer service, and I like that it is family-owned. No big-box providers for me.

Thank you for your awesome service! This was my first time using Schearer’s for my Mercedes. I made an appointment for state inspection and new brakes. I received a phone call after dropping off the vehicle from Schearer’s saying my brakes were fine and didn’t need replacing. I had been told by the dealer, that I needed to replace the brakes for the car to pass inspection. As a first time customer, I really appreciated their honesty. They could have just replaced the brakes without letting me know. I will definitely return to Schearer’s for future service. Thank you again.

I enjoyed working with Mike on sorting out the work needed on my Mercedes. He listened to what I said and provided helpful feedback. It was also nice meeting Jeff, who worked on my car. I left with the feeling that they were both personally interested that I had a satisfactory experience. I plan to make them the service center of choice for future work.
