Love this place! Excellent customer service and truly professional business that makes you feel like family. Mike was so patient in explaining what was going on with my car and made sure I understood what my options were. So many mechanics talked over my head in the past and seemed to rush to the bill instead of helping me understand the value of what was needed. Tom was so helpful in talking through the best way to handle next steps to have a safe and reliable vehicle. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and was always encouraged to take my time and decide what was really best for us. With mechanics, you typically get what you pay for and Schearer’s is no exception. I don’t go to the most inexpensive dentist because I use my teeth every day! Same with my car. I know Schearer’s is taking good care of my vehicle and peace of mind is priceless. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
