They took the time fully explain the repair process, recommendations were cost effective and also identified a serious/dangerous fuel tank leak that turned out to be a factory recall. They went the extra mile to contact my Mercedes dealer and arranged a costly repair that needed to be completed by the dealer to be covered. They even offered me a loaner car that I declined since I already had another vehicle to use while initial repairs were completed. These guys earned all my auto repair business going forward.
