I’ve been a Shearer’s customer for about 5 years, now, because I can expect prompt, courteous, and accurate service for a fair price. Upon inspection, they always let me know their findings before proceeding to get my OK. The fact that they also provide other (optional) maintenance advice for my auto’s longevity is just icing on the cake! Recently, I called them to check out a used car before my friend bought it and fortunately they were able to do so – she was able to use their feedback to negotiate the purchase and has been enjoying her purchase for a couple of months so far with no problems.
